Digital print
The novelty of Drukarnia Franczak Sp. z o. o. is an HP digital printing machine Indigo WS 6900 Digital Press for the production of small and medium runs in formats up to 320 x 980 mm. The device is used to handle substrates with a thickness of 12 to 450 microns.
The print can be made on the following materials: semi-gloss and metallised paper, white foil, transparent foil, PVC and PET. The machine provides high performance printing of most labels and packaging. Prints up to 16 layers of ink in one pass. With standard four-color printing, the speed is 30 m/min., 40 m/min. in EPM mode and up to 60 m/min. in one-color and two-color mode. Our machine is a seven-color device, which allows us to print up to 1124 PANTONE colors. The built-in spectrophotometer allows you to save time spent on color calibration and applying color profiles.
The machine allows you to obtain a high-quality raster printout and faithful color reproduction through the use of ink technology Electrolnk. Thanks to the high resolution and perfect fit, the HP solution Indigo ensures high repeatability of production and eye-catching labels and packaging in accordance with the designers' assumptions.
Grafotronic DCL2
Grafotronic DCL2 is an advanced line for refining digital print.
It has two printing stations with the possibility of varnishing, gilding, laminating, embossing, semi-rotary die-cutting and packaging. Thanks to the semiturret system, the machine works without stopping in continuous mode. Each module is designed for maximum efficiency and reduced downtime. Grafotronic DCL2 is fully servo-driven and built with state-of-the-art technological components.
Either of the two devices described above can function independently. However, working together, they provide an incredibly wide range of production possibilities due to the combination of highly technologically advanced solutions for the production of very sophisticated labels and packaging.
