For technological reasons, as well as taking into account the specificity of our printing machines, a tolerance of +/- 5% for orders over 5,000 pieces (large order) and +/- 10% for orders below 5,000 pieces (small order) is assumed. ).
Time limit for completion
Depending on the available raw materials and the selected printing technique, the delivery time is from 2 to 21 business days. Resumed projects, on standard materials, are carried out within 3 to 7 business days. We implement new projects within 5 to 15 business days, from the moment of accepting graphic files.
Supply
Na stałe współpracujemy z trzema profesjonalnymi firmami kurierskimi. Palety wysyłamy poprzez firmę Jas-FBG lub Raben , natomiast paczki – DPD. Realizujemy dostawy na terenie całego kraju. Wszystkie wysyłki transportowe muszą być zlecone po stronie zamawiającego.
Complaints
Nasze produkty wykonane zostały zgodnie z najwyższymi standardami, jednakże zalecamy przeprowadzenie dokładnych testów przed zastosowaniem jakiegokolwiek z nich. Odpowiedzialność Drukarni Franczak Sp. z o.o. ograniczona jest jedynie do wad materiałowych i wad wykonawstwa produktu. Informujemy, że z uwagi na światłotrwałość stosowanych farb UV, termin reklamacji to maksymalnie 6 miesięcy od daty dostarczenia etykiet.
